We took a bit of a hiatus but our themed family fun night is back with a game night! This special occasion called for an extra special (and my new favorite) best game organizing hack yet.

Menu
Before we get to the organizing, let’s start with the food. I tried to go more charcuterie style for game night with something a little savory and another sweet. The main board included nuts, cheese (cut into some adorable little shapes), beef sticks, strawberries, crackers, and grilled cheese sticks. For the sweets we had popcorn, cookies, white chocolate pretzels, and M&Ms.

Games
Now for the fun part, games! Our kids range in age from 4 to 9, so game selection was important to be able to include everyone. Current favorites include Crazy 8’s, Eye Found It, Go Fish, and Red Light Green Light (it’s an actual board game that everyone has fun with!).
Last but not least is the organization. Keeping all of these games neat, in one piece, and organized can be challenging. That’s why I’m super excited to share my latest organizing obsession, the game storage box! OK, it’s meant to be a photo organizer, but I like to think outside of the box (pun intended) and it works perfectly for cards and other smaller games. Labels were involved and let’s just say it turned out amazing. Mr. Bins even commented how well it worked which is the biggest sign of a win in my book.

Want to put your own box together (how could you not)? You can find the photo case available HERE {affiliate link}. And for those extra special labels you can customize your own in the shop HERE.
I have to admit, my 4 year old tapped out early amid some tears from a few losing rounds – we’re working on it – but at least this game box can keep bringing the fun when she’s ready to play again.
